These Terms define the conditions for using Meniru (the "Service"). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

The Service provides features that help users understand dish contents and caution points based on menu images and related information. Features and functionality may change due to improvements or operational reasons.

3. About AI Analysis

We continuously work to improve analysis quality. However, because the Service includes automated AI analysis, we do not guarantee that every result is complete, accurate, or up to date. For important decisions, please also verify with primary sources or qualified professionals when appropriate.

4. Fees and Payment

Prices for paid features, billing methods, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures follow what is shown in the app and on the App Store. Charges, including auto-renewable subscriptions, are billed to the user's Apple ID.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or other improper conduct
• Acts that infringe rights or interests of third parties or us

6. Disclaimer

We operate the Service with care for continuity and availability. However, service interruption or delayed information may occur due to system failures, network issues, outages of external services, or other factors. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Actions for Violations

If a user violates these Terms, we may restrict or suspend use of the Service without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If disputes arise regarding the Service, we and users will discuss in good faith to resolve them. If unresolved, jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable laws.
